Who am I?

Sans titre (25)_edited.png

Hi, I'm Jo! I'm 21 years old and I'm passionate since childhood about mysterious phenomena, history (but not necessarily the official version) and legends. EXtraordinary HIStory is my first and new blog! I imagined it for young people from 12 to 25 years old (and more, if affinities ;)) who, like me, are interested in these domains and who, like me, have always had trouble finding books, blogs or articles that talk about them in an accessible way and that correspond to them!

You must also have noticed that, as soon as it is a question of ancient civilizations, of symbolism or esotericism, one only comes across very specialized things - very interesting yes! - but often complicated to understand and even discouraging. So, we remain on our hunger and we wait for a form of .... graal!

So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and, through this blog, to publish every week a documented article and a short anecdote on a historical or mythological subject, but in a more popular way. Of course, my approach will be the one you expect, I imagine, since you have stumbled upon this page: an original approach and a look outside the beaten track on the subject.

Because... We don't know each other, but in fact we do! I can imagine that you too have doubts and questions when we talk about the caveman or simple workers who would have built, with their arms and ropes, pyramids that even we would be unable to reproduce with our modern technology? Are you also interested in real but unexplained phenomena, such as mysterious disappearances, the White Lady, the Bermuda Triangle or the Beast of Gévaudan? You wonder what happened to Atlantis, Mû, Hyperborea or where the inhabitants of Easter Island went?

I propose you some explanations and analyses to help you to understand, to allow you to learn and to try to raise progressively, with you and for you, the veil on our world and its evolution.

My texts are based on proven references and reliable sources. Yes! We young people deserve to have serious explanations too! Because, not only do I not invent anything, but the books I have read or the interviews I have listened to have been realized by certified researchers and scientists, that we hear (too) little, we agree, but who are not fantasists (their only fault is probably to bring knowledge that would disturb the official history a little too much...)

Who are they?

Here are some names: René Guénon, Paul-George Sansonetti, Patrick Rivière, Robert Charroux, Christian-René Robin, Guy Tarade, Louis Pauwels, Jean Markale, Jacques Bergier. All of them, and many others, are among the references on which my articles are based.

I am well aware that I will not deliver here any answer or definitive solution to all the questions, and I am far from having this pretension! But, as you can imagine since you are like me, the paths one takes when one loves these subjects are so fascinating that I wanted to take you with me on my peregrinations, to discover subjects sometimes close to us or sometimes much further away, but always intriguing and stimulating.

So welcome to EXtraordinary HIStory, Jo's blog (that's me!) which offers other points of view on themes related to the History of Humanity, Civilizations and the World, Prehistory (or Prime History?), mythology, legends, but also on more sensitive subjects, such as symbolism, cryptozoology, and which tries to bring, when it can, lightings on the most mysterious stories and many enigmas still unsolved of Humanity.

So, say goodbye to your so-called ancestor the monkey, put away your animal skin, get out of your cave and throw away your good old flints! You are much better than that and you will understand....
